We have implemented a complete recycling solution, from the design of our products to the end user.

As an industrial company manufacturing electronic products, we cannot conceive of the fact that XO HAVANA cigars end up stupidly in the trash, without offering you and supporting ourselves an option of recycling and recovery of used cigars and damaged.


HERE ARE THE STEPS TO FOLLOW


KEEP YOUR USED XO CIGARS IN A DRAWER OR BOX. DO NOT THROW THEM DIRECTLY IN THE GARBAGE

FROM 175 EUROS OF ORDER WE SEND YOU AN ENVELOPE AND A PREPAID PACKING NOTE

YOU DROP THE ENVELOPE AT ANY POST OFFICE, IN THE DROP CONTAINER OR AT THE COUNTER

WE RECEIVE THE CIGARS, THE BATTERIES ARE EXTRACTED THEN SENT TO THE PRODUCTION SITE TO BE PROCESSED, REFURBISHED OR RECYCLED. THE REST OF THE CIGAR IS TRANSFERRED TO A RECYCLING CENTER

The materials we use to manufacture our XO HAVANA electronic cigar, apart from the battery, have been chosen so that they can be fully reprocessed and recycled.

The batteries of used cigars are dismantled and then returned by us to the manufacturer, who either reconditions them or treats them for recycling like any other cell or battery.
